Pricing is on a monthly schedule.  If you decide to quite paying for the site and wish to use it as a free service, you will need to deactivate users until you get down to the amount allowed by the free account.  Upon login, you will be given a list of students and you can pick which ones to deactivate.  None of the information will be lost and you can pick your membership back up at any time and re-activate those students again.  Note, deactivated students will not appear on most of the student drop downs and will also not be allowed to log in.

The first option will be to credit your account with more time if the downtime is significant. The site will go down from time to time for short periods of time for maintenance. All efforts will be made to communicate those times and the downtime will be during non-peak hours.
