Student History Report Doesn't add up.

   It has been pointed out to me that there are certain circumstances where the student history report doesn't add up correctly.  There is a portion of that report that sums up all the classes and hours for a student but when you look at the history, it doesn't add up. 

This report for time in rank looks at the classes and hours that are in between each promotion for the student.  Due to the way the logic works, I had to have some kind of starting point so I could get hours as a beginner (white belt).  The starting point I use is the students Start Date on their student record.  In one case, a student had a start date of 6/30/YYYY but one of the classes is recorded on 6/28/YYYY so it is being excluded on "time in rank". 

In order to fix this, correct the record and change the start date back to the 28th and that will fix the report (and probably more accurately reflect when he started.)

So to make sure the reports calculate correctly, make sure that the students start date correctly reflects when they started.
